If you buy something from us
We sell subscriptions through this site. Who you are contracting with is Scribespire Limited at the address above, and the terms are in the terms of use, which cover what each product includes, how renewal works, and how to cancel. You have 14 days to change your mind and get your money back, and after that you can cancel at any time from your account.
If something goes wrong
Email hello@checkedandcleared.co.uk with what happened. A person reads it, we aim to reply within two working days, and we will tell you what we intend to do about it. If you are not satisfied with the answer, say so in reply and it will be looked at again by somebody who has not seen it before.
We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve something between us, a consumer in the United Kingdom can get free advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk, and either of us may take the matter to court.
